At Oklahoma Panhandle State University, I revolutionized enrollment with bold, data-driven strategies. My Apply, Cultivate, and Yield Campaign boosted the prospect pool by 3,734%, from 639 to 24,498, with applications up 29% and net deposits soaring 146%.

At Little Priest Tribal College, I streamlined assessment, gained faculty buy-in, and introduced grade distribution analyses to drive targeted tutoring that leads to enhancing student success.
